Instructor Qualification
The Shintani International Karate Federation offers Instructor training. Instructor qualification can be awarded after being affiliated with the organization for 2 years. Once The required standards to obtain official qualification and the rights they afford are as follows:
• Level D: Those who have 2nd Dan with a Level D Instructor Qualification are qualified to instruct and train at local dojo.
• Level C: Those who have 3rd Dan with a Level C Instructor Qualification are qualified to instruct and train at local and community dojos.
• Level B: Those who have 4th and 5th Dan with a Level B Instructor Qualification are qualified to instruct and train at Provincial / State level.
• Level A: Those who have 6th Dan and above with a Level A Instructor Qualification are qualified to instruct and train at National and International level.
To receive an instructor qualification, the following requirements are required:
1. Must be a member in good standing with Shintani International Karate Federation.
2. Must grade and pass a Shintani International Karate Federation Dan Examination.
3. Must attend the Instructor course.
4. Must pass the Instructor evaluation.
5. Permission must be given from an accredited Shintani International Karate Federation representative.
6. Instructors are required to remain active and attend training seminars regularly.

Instructor Qualification Requirements
To maintain qualification, instructors must remain active, and be instructing karate-do.
